The Pulpit Commentary on Psalms 92:14

They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; i.e. "even when they are old, they shall still bring forth fruit"—they shall still glorify God by their good works. They shall be fat and fiourishing; literally, fat and green.

The metaphor of Psalms 92:12 is still kept up.
