The Pulpit Commentary on Psalms 145:5

I will speak of the glorious honor of thy majesty, and of thy wondrous works (comp. Psalms 26:7; Psalms 71:17). It was the duty of every faithful Israelite to set forth God's majesty, and to "declare his works with rejoicing" (Psalms 117:2).

David proclaims himself ready to perform this duty. Then, he thinks, others will join in.
